Director

Along with Madhur, Noopur Chitte serves as a Director at Bondcraft Projects Pvt. Ltd., adding exceptional depth to the leadership. She holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech in Town and Country Planning, both from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune (COEP).

Noopur has served as a Chief Minister’s Fellow with the Government of Maharashtra, where she worked closely on policy implementation, infrastructure planning, and urban governance reforms. 

She also gained first-hand experience with large-scale infrastructure projects during her professional tenure with the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (MMRCL). At MMRCL, she was involved in the planning and execution of complex urban transit systems, strengthening her expertise in metro infrastructure, mobility planning, and sustainable urban transport solutions.

Her combined exposure to government policy, infrastructure megaprojects, and urban development strategies equips her with a rare perspective—bridging the gap between policy frameworks, execution challenges, and people-centric outcomes.
